Welcome to Young Authors BookCamp- A Summer Adventure— a playful, hands-on summer camp experience designed to help kids ages 6–13 write and publish their very own book! Whether your child already has a story idea or is starting from scratch, this guided journey transforms imagination into a professionally printed book, available for friends and family to read on Amazon!
What's The Journey Like?
Campers will travel through our exciting Story Stations, each one designed to teach them the basics of storytelling — from developing their big idea to creating characters, painting vivid settings, and finally writing and illustrating their book!
They’ll learn:
- 📚 What makes a story great (genre, mood, voice)
- 🧠 How to brainstorm and organize ideas
- 🎨 How to add artwork and personal touches
- 💬 How to express themselves with confidence
And don’t worry — they won’t be alone! Our friendly camp guide (an animated character!) walks them through every step with fun videos and prompts.

A Summer Writing Adventure For Kids
A playful, hands-on summer camp experience designed to help kids ages 6–13 write and publish their very own book! (We will make exceptions for up to 18 years old).
Virtual via web portal, Mobile App and Live Zoom Classes.
Parents your participation in this process will be vital as we have instructions that you will need to help your child complete to make this project a success.
The full price for the camp is $1200. You have the option to pay $400/mth for 3 months. We also have a kickstarter option for parents looking to presale their children's book.
You can sponsor a child through a tax deductible donation through our 501c3 organization.
Space is limited to 20 students per camp sessions to better allow us to focus on your child's progress.
